Mintz to return to Creighton

Davion Mintz has withdrawn from the NBA Draft and will be returning to Creighton for his senior season. 

The 6’3 guard from North Carolina has started 79 of the Bluejays’ last 82 games and coming off a season where he posted a personal-best at 9.7 points per game.  Mintz drained 43 three-pointers and ranked second on the club with 40 steals.  Creighton finished the 2018-19 season with a 20-15 record, advancing to the quarterfinals of the National Invitation Tournament while winning 20 or more games for the 19th time in the last 21 seasons.
