Husker men's basketball upsets 14th ranked Minnesota

Glynn Watson Jr. scored 20 of his 29 points in the second half and Nebraska opened up a 16-point lead early in the second half en route to a 78-68 win over 14th ranked Minnesota last night. 

Watson Jr., who also had nine rebounds and three steals led three players in double figures for NU.  The Huskers held Big Ten scoring leader Jordan Murphy to ten points, eleven below his season average, and held high-scoring Minnesota 21 points below its season average.  Nebraska is now 7-3 overall and 1-1 in the Big Ten while Minnesota falls to 8-2 and 1-1 in the conference.
