NORFOLK - The Norfolk Planning Commission recommended a pair of requests for a proposed apartment complex.

During Tuesday’s meeting Jeff Ray with JEO Consulting Group discussed the final planned development and final plat of Victory Village.

The proposed complex is set to be constructed on property located a quarter mile north of the intersection of South Victory Road and East Omaha Avenue.

Ray said there are a couple things that stand out in the planned development.

He said one component of the development highlights the multiple units on one lot that had the zoning change approved at a previous meeting.

Assistant City Engineer Mike Middendorf told commissioners he doesn’t see any concerns with the requests.

The commissioners voted unanimously to recommend the final planned development and the final plat.
