NORFOLK - The snow emergency that went into effect Tuesday is cancelled effective immediately.

The city would like to remind residents that it’s the responsibility of the owner and/or occupant of real estate to remove snow and/or ice from sidewalks within 24 hours after the cessation of precipitation.
