ATKINSON - Funeral services have been announced for Andy Hoffman.

Visitation is set for Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Atkinson with a 7 p.m. Prayer Service that evening at the church.

He will be buried at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Atkinson.

Hoffman, who co-founded the Team Jack Foundation to raise funds to fight pediatric brain cancer died Monday morning.
