NORFOLK - The Norfolk City Council approved a grant application in an effort to develop a mobile health clinic.
Nebraska lawmakers gave final approval to a bevy of bills Wednesday, including a measure to reduce the valuation of ag land from 75% of its actual value to 50% when it comes to paying for new school bond issues.
A prior version of the bill would have set aside $25 million in state dollars for grants to groups involved with the arts, culture and humanities and nonprofits operating sports complexes.
