NELIGH — I have two kids and we reside in Neligh. I am writing you today to share what just happened. The City of Neligh just shut off my electricity today even though I need the electricity for my furnace to work. Today is cold and tonight is going to be colder. How can they do this when its going to be so cold outside?

I just asked if they could wait until tomorrow morning. Now the kids and I will freeze tonight. How is that legal?
