Jamie Joy Laudenklos of Newman Grove and Jason William Satterly of Grand Island were united in marriage on April 23, 2011, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Newman Grove with the Rev. Dave Lapka officiating. The reception was held at Time Square Event Center in Norfolk.
Parents of the couple are Jim and Carol Laudenklos of Newman Grove, Duane and Dinah Fredrick of Jefferson, Ga., and Ed Satterly of Newnan, Ga.
Honor attendants were Destiny Fowlkes of Lincoln, Brian Satterly of Hastings and Aaron Satterly of Grand Island. Bridesmaids were Kaley Satterly of Grand Island and Anjuli Wagner of Scottsbluff. Jason Laudenklos of Omaha was the groomsman. The flower girls were Jayden Benson and Ava Satterly. Kade Satterly was the ring bearer. The bride's personal attendants were Chelsea Benson and Dena Sullivan. Ushers were Derek Benson, Jay Morris, Jared Baxter and Dusty Stamer.
Candle lighters were Mark and Maleigh Thompson. Program attendants were Gina Kimminaw and Cody Benson. Pam and Paul Poppe and Randy and Julie Benson served as hosts and hostesses. The cake was cut and served by Gay Sandman and Billie Buschmeyer. Sharon Lapka was the organist and Tina Schumacher was soloist.
The bride attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha, receiving her bachelor of science degree in biology, and went on to earn a doctor of pharmacy degree from Creighton University. The groom attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, receiving his bachelor of business administration degree.
The couple took a two-week honeymoon to Maui, Hawaii. The bride is employed at Lloyd's Drug Mart and the groom is employed at Wells Fargo Bank, both in Norfolk.
