NORFOLK - The Salvation Army Norfolk Corps is helping with feeding operations at local shelters as the flooding continues.

Today, our staff has already been serving hundreds of people at the Lutheran HS shelter -- plus, they're monitoring the situation at the Bel Air shelter

They're estimating about 300 people at Lutheran HS and 200 at Bel Air

Our Corps leader, Captain Jesus Trejo, is asking the community to help with the feeding operation

If local churches, businesses, and individuals could bring food to the shelters, they'd be grateful! -- anything from cold cuts and bread / water / juice to fully cooked meals would be appreciated

If people can help, please have them call Captain Jesus Trejo at 402-750-9757
