NORFOLK - Two Norfolk women were arrested Saturday morning after they were caught stealing a package at 302 South 13th Place.
According to Norfolk Police Captain Don Miller, officer responded to the theft report where the victim indicated a package had been delivered to his front porch, and later stolen.
Video surveillance captured a woman stealing the package and talking to a second woman.
Norfolk Police identified the suspects as 33-year-old Brooke Brumbaugh and 30-year-old Lacey Cox.
During the investigation, Cox provided a false name while Brumbaugh was arrested for Felony Theft.
Cox was then arrested for criminal impersonation and felony theft.
Both were booked into the Norfolk City Jail and later transported to the Madison County Jail.

Also, a Columbus man was apprehended in Norfolk Saturday night for three active arrest warrants.
According to Norfolk Police Captain Don Miller, officers were dispatched to Jake’s Bar to arrest the suspect who was identified as 24-year-old Brenden Brown.
A description was provided and when officers arrived, they found a man matching the description.
As the officer spoke to Brown, he provided a false name, and indicated he didn’t have any identification.
He insisted another person in the bar was who we were looking for and began to walk away.
Brown was told he had a warrant for his arrest, and he began to run away.
When officers tried to grab Brown, he began to fight with officers and resisted being taken into custody.
Brown was arrested for the three active warrants, as well as the new charges of criminal impersonation, obstructing a police officer, and resisting arrest.
He was booked into the Norfolk City Jail and later transported to the Madison County Jail.
