Norfolkans were dazzled and amazed by Cirque Italia, a traveling water circus featuring dozens of world-class acrobats, aerialists, contortionists, magicians and more.

Along with the high-flying performers, Cirque Italia features a 35,000 gallon water tank.

The theme of this year's water circus was a sailing adventure, with its large ship-like stage visiting historic Italian port cities.

Cirque Italia was founded in 2012 by Manuel Rebecchi of Italy, and performs across the United States and the globe.
