Miranda Lambert’s episode of Front and Center premieres Friday on PBS stations all around the country.

Recorded last year at Nashville’s Marathon Music Works, it captures Miranda’s CMA Songwriters Series show featuring tracks from her The Weight of These Wings album.

“On this record, in particular, life led the journey,” the reigning CMA Female Vocalist of the Year says in the show’s promo. “You know, life took us where it was gonna take us, because my life was kind of a story in its own at that time.”

You can preview Miranda’s performance of “Highway Vagabond” and “Vice” online. Check your local listings to see when Front and Center airs in your area.
